Love Lunch is for the health minded, environmentally aware, weight conscious people, with very discerning taste buds. I specialise in delicious, organic, sustainable, low fat, dairy-, gluten- and meat- free recipes… conscientious consumerism!

Cooking for me is like art: therapeutic, beautiful, inspiring and fun. It has to be one of my greatest joys in life… well, cooking and eating.

I love nothing more than playing with the textures, colours, and most of all the divine tastes and aromas of beautiful organic, fresh produce.

I have been a passionate meat free cook for as long as I can remember; in fact I started cooking regularly for our family at the age of 7. I was fortunate enough to have grown up on a biodynamic farm; my mother has exceptionally green thumbs… so pesticide-free, delicious, fresh produce was in abundance for me to cook with from an early age.

At university, I met one of my best friends, and fellow lover of food, Bill Granger. We would often have cook offs and cook ups, enjoying cooking more than our fine art degree! He obviously ventured into a very successful business with food, and I into modeling contracts that took me around the world for over a decade…

Bill has been my biggest supporter with regards to my cooking abilities, and has suggested and advised that I get into cooking professionally, not just for friends and family as I have done for so many years.

Upon his recommendation, I started penning my own cookbook which I’m currently in the process of completing. Abundant with recipes I’ve picked up from my extensive travels… many of which I have adapted to organic, low-fat, meat-free versions. All the taste but no guilt! And of course lots of love, always my main ingredient.
