I helped Sam with the stirring of the Biodynamic Preparation 500, which he has been doing for over 12 years, and which took me back to my childhood on a Biodynamic farm. Biodynamics is so much more than just chemical free organic farming – its also about working with the rhythms and energy of the earth to heal itself – a bit like homoeopathy helps our body to heal itself with minute stimulation. Well, if my food and wine is grown like this, and tastes like it does from Rosnay, all I can say is: “Yum!”.
