Love Lunch news xxx

Hey my lovelies,

I’m back from Europe ; we had the most exquisite time imaginable!

Languished over luscious meals and delicious wines in Rome (and saw a few monuments and ruins in-between eating and siestas), lazed by the pool in Positano (in-between eating and siestas) had a terrible time on Luca’s boat island hopping… Capri, Prochita, Iscia…we soaked in the thermal springs, sunned and swam (in between meals and siestas) then went down to the Aoli islands: Panarea, Stromboli … walked to the craters edge of a volcano, saw lava flying out!!! (as you do) before heading back to plonk in the green water and soak up the golden sunshine, and of course eat more then have another siesta! A very stressful month abroad indeed.

Ahh, the Italians know how to live don’t they? La Bella Vita alright….just heaven!

So, I’m back, plump and bronzed, armed with a heap of new dishes to share with you all, however Love Lunch is currently without a home unfortunately (as the fab kitchen in Tamarama is no longer available) so I’m desperately trying to find a new kitchen (If anyone knows of one, please let me know!) and I’m obviously unable to cook for you until I find a new space to do so! Argh!

I hope you’ve been well, loved and laughed lots and eaten well in my absence, and I sincerely hope I’ll be able to cook for you all in a week or so.
