Hey my lovelies,
Thanks for all your beautiful emails about my low fat fragrant Moroccan rice salad. I’m glad you enjoyed!
As so many of you have requested another salad, I thought whilst summer is still lingering I’d best oblige…
Next weeks Love Lunch is one of my most frequently requested summertime LL dishes…its dairy free (vegan in fact), super low in fat, very filling, contains protein, is packed full of nutrients, and as with all my cooking, is free from preservatives, MSG and GMO products. Yay! All the authentic taste but no guilt!
LOW FAT ASIAN BEAN VERMICELLI NOODLE SALAD - Of bean vermicelli, (lower in carbs than rice noodles) steamed organic Asian greens, Asian corn, organic capsicums, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, fresh organic lime, fresh organic coriander and chilli, my special spicy marinated non GMO tofu, all tossed in my low fat Asian dressing of tamari, plum vinegar and sesame oil, sprinkled with fresh organic coriander and black sesame seeds, and always my main ingredient, lots of LOVE!!!
I’ve also received many requests for a healthy dessert option…I just want to let you know I’m in the process of researching beautiful low fat, wheat and dairy free recipes for you all. In the interim I thought I’d offer you one of my personal favs, Bounce Balls. They are preservative free, wheat free, gluten free, dairy-free, GM free, and 100% natural. Choose from one of the following: Each ball is $3.29.
Cost: Tuesdays deliveries $11 a serve plus a $13 flat fee delivery charge for the East and CBD drop offs. Please have your orders in to me at annalise@lovelunch.com.au by Sat eve, remember to include your delivery addie, number of serves required, telephone number and preferred method of payment. Thanks!
