Hey my lovelies,

I’m so happy you loved my organic Rogan Josh and fat free dhal, yay!

And I can’t tell you how happy I am to be in my wonderful new kitchen, with my wonderful new chef cooking up a storm for you all once again!

Next week’s Love Lunch is a dish I’ve been seriously craving lately, so thought I’d whip it up for you all too! (Pumpkins and butternuts are insanely delish at the moment, sweet and juicy, perfect for roasting with rosemary from my garden mmmmm)

So next week’s Love Lunch will be my:

Certified organic quinoa and roast vegetable salad – of 100% certified organic quinoa, a gluten free, cholesterol free, high in both calcium and protein ancient grain from the Andes (for those of you not familiar with it, its similar to cous cous) Roast organic pumpkin and seasonal organic veggies from Rita’s organic farm, fresh baby spinach, rocket, Rosnay organic kalamata olives, and my home made dressing of Rosnay organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Maldon salt and cracked pepper, fresh herbs from our garden, a sprinkling of dry roasted pine nuts and always my main ingredient: lots of LOVE!

Cost: Tuesday’s deliveries: $12.10 each incl GST (that’s still just $11 to me plus GST)

Add a $13 Suppertime delivery charge for East and CBD drop offs.

You can also pick up from the kitchen between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Mondays or 10am on Tuesday morning, just let me know when you place your order and I’ll give you the addie.

You can also choose from one of the following:

Almond Protein Ball (wheat, gluten and GMO free) Cashew & Pecan Ball (wheat and dairy free) Fudge Walnut Ball (wheat free, gluten free and dairy free). Each ball is $3.29.

Found Organic Juice – organic carbon neutral 100% pure juice, no concentrates, no additives and no preservatives in flavours: pomegranate, strawberry and mulberry $3.45 for 250ml and

Organic Add Water – $2.50 for 500 mil.
