Love Lunch – Tuesday 5 July – Certified organic quinoa and roast vegetable salad x

As delicious winter vegetables are in full season… sweet pumpkins, butternuts, beautiful beetroots… I thought I’d make you one of my most requested Love Lunch dishes, certainly one of my favourites, my certified organic quinoa and roast vegetable salad – of 100% certified organic quinoa, a gluten free, cholesterol free, high in both calcium and protein ancient grain from the Andes (for those of you not familiar with it, its similar to cous cous), roast organic pumpkin and seasonal organic veggies, some organic salad leaves, Lakelands biodynamic kalamata olives, and my home made dressing of Lakelands biodynamic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Maldon salt and cracked pepper, fresh herbs from our garden, a sprinkling of dry roasted pine nuts and always my main ingredient: lots of LOVE!

This dish is great eaten at room temperature, hot or cold (I personally like it just above room temp). It is vegan, gluten free and lasts well refrigerated for up to 4 days.…hearty and filling, full of organic goodness, high in protein and of course it’s absolutely guilt free.

Love Lunch: Tuesday’s deliveries $13.75 per serve (including GST) or a family size tray for $66.00 (including GST) which is 4-6 generous serves.

Dessert: Low fat and gluten free sheep and almond milk pannacotta with a seasonal fruit and agave syrup topping. $8.80 (including GST).

Delivery: Add $13 eco friendly delivery fee for East and CBD deliveries or $15 for greater Sydney (please check the map when ordering to ensure your suburb falls within the delivery area). For areas outside of the delivery zone, there is a flat fee of $40.

You MUST let me know when you place the order if you are picking up. Tuesday morning collection is between 8am-10am sharp. You CANNOT collect your Love Lunch outside the specified times my lovelies, as there will be no one in the kitchen.
