Love Lunch Tuesday 7 June – Low fat organic vegetarian Nasi Campur x

Hey my lovelies,
Ohhhh, thanks for all your divine emails re my vegetarian lasagne, it’s just wonderful to hear you loved it as much as I love cooking for you all!
Next week I thought we could escape this miserable weather by letting our taste buds sourjourn to a warm and fragrant paradise…. beautiful Bali…. where I have just returned from working on my soon to be launched signature jewellery collection.
So next week’s Love Lunch will be my low fat organic vegetarian nasi campur – for those of you who haven’t been to Indonesia, it’s a traditional meal, a selection of dishes served on a bed of steamed rice…
I will cook my three favourites for you and serve it on nasi kunyit – steamed turmeric rice (I’ll cook certified organic basmati which is lower GI than brown rice).
My super low fat Balinese style organic mixed seasonal vegetable curry – of mixed organic veggies, fresh ginger, kaffir lime leaves from our garden, organic chilli, coriander roots and seeds, a dash of organic coconut milk and organic rice milk, slow cooked to a rich creamy consistency so you wont know its not full fat coconut cream I promise!!
Bean sprouts and organic shallots – wok tossed with a splash of sesame oil, tamari and white pepper and my fat free fragrant spicy crumbled tofu (organic non GMO).
All sprinkled with fresh organic coriander, a lime wedge to squeeze over just before devouring and a dollop of sambal olek. ENAK!! (yum).

Love Lunch: Tuesday’s deliveries or pick ups $13.75 per serve (including GST) or a family size tray for $68.75 (including GST) which is 6 standard Love Lunch serves. (A saving of one serve if you buy by the tray).
Dessert: Low fat, gluten free, delicious organic date and walnut loaf. Organic goodness at its finest! So yum…. as its preservative free it’s best to be eaten within 4 days. Cost: $6.60 (including GST).
Delivery: Add the $13 eco friendly delivery charge for East and CBD deliveries or $15 for greater Sydney. Suppertime charge a flat rate delivery fee no matter how many Love Lunch serves you order…. so get your work mates, friends and family ordering too to help reduce delivery costs.

Please note, if you are picking up your Love Lunch from the kitchen on Tuesday morning, the new kitchen address is: Aesops, 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000. You MUST let me know when you place the order if you are picking up. Tuesday morning collection is between 8am-10am sharp. You CANNOT collect your Love Lunch outside the specified times my lovelies, as there will be no one in the kitchen.
