Hey my lovelies,

I am sooooo happy to finally say that Love Lunch will resume in all its loveliness next week!!! Yipppeeee!

I want to welcome all my new Love Luncher’s, and of course welcome back all my loyal regulars…its been a while, but I promise it will be worth the wait.

As always, I will email you the menu on a Thursday (which is determined by what beautiful produce is in season and what I am inspired to cook for you all). Please note orders are to be made via the online shopping cart by no later than Saturday 2pm, and you will receive your Love Lunch delivery on Tuesday, in time for lunch of course (or you can pick it up from the kitchen to save on the delivery fee).

I am excited to say, I have introduced a delicious gluten free, low fat, healthy desert option to the Love Lunch repertoire (which will change weekly) as well as Emma and Tom’s fabulous fresh juices and preservative free Life Bars.

So enough with all the formalities…. Let’s get to the good stuff! What I’m going to cook for you all…Next weeks Love Lunch is one of my all time favourites, a recipe I picked up whilst traveling in India, one which I have adapted to an organic, super low in fat, dairy free, butter free, lard free version… All the traditional taste but no guilt.Yay!

My low fat organic mixed vegetable Indian curry – of organic mixed seasonal vegetables, my home made curry paste, home grown curry leaves and kaffir lime leaves, malt free organic soy milk and a dash of organic coconut milk to give it a creamy texture sans tons of coconut cream, and as always my main ingredient, lots of LOVE. Served on a bed of steamed basmati rice (lower GI than brown rice) and a generous dollop of my fat free dhal, sprinkled with organic coriander, my chana chaat and served with a wedge of lime to squeeze over just before devouring…..

This dish is vegan, dairy free and gluten free.

Fab accompanied with some sweet mango chutney, lime pickle, a pappadam and a smile. For fat free pappadams, pop them in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Please note Love Lunch does not supply suggested accompaniments (other than a smile). This dish is perfect for freezing… great to keep on hand for instant organic healthy meals when life gets hectic!

Love Lunch: Tuesday’s deliveries $13.20 per serve (including GST) or a family size tray for $52.80 (including GST) which serves 4-6.

Dessert: Low fat and gluten free sheep and almond milk pannacotta with a seasonal fruit and agave syrup topping. $10.00 (including GST), this is sooooooo good, you would never know it’s a healthy option!

Delivery: Add the $13 eco friendly delivery charge for East and CBD deliveries or $15 for greater Sydney. Suppertime charge a flat rate delivery fee no matter how many Love Lunch serves you order…so get your workmates, friends and family ordering too to help reduce your delivery costs.

Order here now.  All orders must be placed by no later than Saturday 2pm.

Please note, if you are picking up your Love Lunch from the kitchen on Tuesday morning, the new kitchen address is: 131 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000. You MUST let me know when you place the order if you are picking up. Tuesday morning collection is between 8am-10am sharp. You CANNOT collect your Love Lunch outside the specified times my lovelies, as there will be no one in the kitchen. Looking forward to feeding you all again!

Much love,
