Hey my lovelies,
How divine is this warmer weather? Bring on summer I say! Yay languorous beach days and summer hazes…can’t wait.
That also means bikini time is around the corner girls, so next week’s Love Lunch will be an often requested dish my regulars know well…(and one of my personal favourites…) its healthy and super low fat, yet still very filling and satisfying. Perfect for guilt free eating with bikini bod’s in mind!
Next week’s Love Lunch will be my LOW FAT ASIAN BEAN VERMICELLI NOODLE SALAD – Of bean vermicelli, (lower in carbs than rice noodles) steamed organic Asian greens, Asian corn, organic capsicums, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, fresh organic lime juice, fresh organic coriander and chilli, my special spicy marinated (and dry fried till perfect crunchiness) non GMO tofu, all tossed in my low fat Asian dressing of tamari, plum vinegar ginger and sesame oil, sprinkled with fresh organic coriander and black sesame seeds, and always my main ingredient, lots of LOVE!!!
This dish is perfect eaten cold, at room temperature or even heated up (I personally like it at room temp best).
Cost: Tuesday’s deliveries: $12.10 each incl GST (that’s still just $11 to me plus GST).
Plus a $13 Suppertime delivery charge for East and CBD deliveries.
You can also pick up from the kitchen between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Monday 25th October or 9.45am am on Tuesday 26th, just let me know when you place your order and I’ll give you the addie.

Found Organic Juice – organic carbon neutral 100% pure juice, no concentrates, no additives and no preservatives in flavours: pomegranate, strawberry and mulberry $3.45 for 250ml.
Organic Add Water – $2.50 for 500 mil.
