I’ve missed feeding you all, and I’m so happy to announce that Love Lunch will be back next week!
Thanks so much for your beautiful emails, it was good to be missed and Hermie really appreciated all your well wishes. They clearly worked too, as his operation was a success….he is healthy and happy and we will be back on board next week to cook up a delicious and healthy storm for you all!
With the vastly growing number of new Love Lunch members, and in Hermie’s very much noticed absence, I have had to reassess the delivery service…I’ve done lots of research and I am proud to announce that Suppertime has come on board the Love Lunch team to deliver your lunches from now on. They charge $13 per drop off for the East and CBD. Please bear in mind this charge is charged by Suppertime which I will add to the cost of Love Lunch and then pay to them…
All that out of the way, let’s get onto the fun stuff!!
Next weeks Love Lunch: drum role… back by popular demand (and thanks for all your requests especially Rara who practically demanded I cook it for you all), will be my organic, fat free, mixed seasonal vegetable Indian curry- of mixed delicious organic seasonal veggies from Rita’s organic farm in the Blue Mountains… slow cooked with fresh ginger, garlic, turmeric and my special Indian spices and of course, my mail ingredient: LOTS OF LOVE!
Served on a bed of steamed basmati rice, (lower GI than brown rice) sprinkled with fresh organic coriander, and a wedge of lime to squeeze over just before devouring. YUM! Its great accompanied by pappadums, lime pickle & chutney.
COST: Tues deliveries: $11 per serve (minimum order of 5 per drop off) plus $13 delivery.
The delivery fee is a flat $13 fee, no matter how many serves you order!
eg. If you order five serves and live in the east, it will cost $11 x 5 + $13 = $68.00 (ie delivery costs $2.60/serve).
Or, If you were to order twenty serves, it will cost $11 x 20 + $13 = $233.00 (ie delivery costs just $1.53/serve)
