Hey there my Lovelies,
I’m back from beautiful Bali…smiling, inspired and armed with so many new delicious recipes for you all!
I tried out one of my new recipes last night for my darling brother, hubbie and dear friend Garth…and they fully concur that it is “awesome”…. “delicious” “sooo good” and “my favourite ever” and that I should definitely share it with all of you!
So, next week’s Love Lunch will be my low fat vegetarian Nasi Campur- for those of you who haven’t been to Indonesia, it’s a traditional meal, a few choices on a bed of rice…. I will cook three dishes for you and serve it on nasi kunyit- turmeric (yellow) rice.
My Balinese style organic mixed seasonal vegetable curry, bean sprouts and shallots- wok tossed with a splash of sesame oil, tamari and white pepper, and my fat free fragrant spicy crumbled tofu (non GMO) with fresh organic coriander and lime juice. Perfect served with a dollop of sambal olek, sambal terasi or Bali sambal.
ENAK!!…. Salamat Makan!
