Hey there my lovelies,

I hope you’ve eaten well, smiled lots and taken care of your beautiful selves since I last wrote.

Thanks again for your understanding re me not being able to feed you all on Monday, apologies once again, but you’ll be happy to hear the shoot went really well!

Apologies also for not getting this to you yesterday as I usually do, I was still on set in Melbourne projectile sweating in 40 degree heat playing a nun (of course I was)…ahhh, she works hard for the money na na na na, so hard honey honey….

Anyway, I do digress…

I’m happy to announce food emporium http://www.organicfood.com.au will once again be supplying me with their divine certified organic produce, as I was really happy with the last delivery, and from your emails, it seems you were all too!

So, next weeks dish is one of my personal all time favourites, and one of my earliest recipes in my repertoire actually…

my fat free organic mixed vegetable curry – of certified organic mixed seasonal veggies, kaffir lime leaves from our garden, ground ginger, fresh turmeric, my home made Indian curry mix and of course, always my main ingredient, lots of LOVE! Served on a bed of steamed basmati rice, sprinkled with fresh coriander and a wedge of lemon to squeeze over just before devouring.

Fab accompanied  with a dollop of lime pickle, mango chutney and pappadam’s (just pop them in the microwave on high for 1 minute for fat free option)

Cost: $11 each for Tuesday’s deliveries (minimum order or 5 per drop off)

Please have your orders in by sat eve, thanks!

Much love,
